1. 1. Apply a continuous gentle press from the top of the feet downward.
  2. 2. Float the knees forward and slightly bend them.
  3. 3. Tilt the pelvis outward with a slow gentle continuous press.
  4. 4. Lift the solar plexus.
  5. 5. With your arms by your side and your palms facing behind you, tilt the palms outward.
  6. 6. Pretending you have a hot bun underneath each arm pit, keep the bun in position while preventing it from burning you.
  7. 7. Lift the clavicle
  8. 8. Bring the chin back
  9. 9. Press your ears back.
