      I began qigong looking for a miracle. I was totally exhausted, in pain, feeling discouraged & powerless from late stage Lyme Disease. Gratefully Sifu Gainey helped me transform. Today I feel healthy, vibrant, energetic, pain free, ageless & empowered. But the journey's not over. I continue to cultivate chi & align with the universe to affect people, places & things. Learning to eliminate stress, do energy facilitation & martial arts is thrilling. It's a joy to be me. I love the idea of living in the flow, where meditation in motion, breath work, relaxation & freedom of illness become the norm not exception. Life is so incredible now as this alive new me creatively unfolds. I not only have a new lease on life but I've introduced it to three generations in my family. All this while enjoying the camaraderie of my classmates both in indoor & outdoor classes.

       I know this may sound unbelievable, but seeing is believing. This is all based on
sound scientific principles of physics, structure, form & function of the human body. It's enhanced with a taoist philosophy that's rich in wisdom for everyday living. The evolution of my classmates & I seem miraculous but arise from doing the unique work that Sifu masterfully & generously disseminates with genuine integrity. This is beyond a strong mind in a strong body, because it also invokes the strength of the universe. I am blessed to have this in my life & be able to impact others with higher awareness & energy. The world is in dire need of help. How awesome to have power, energy, strength, flexibility, balance & improved relationships. To be grounded with ones head up in the heavens simultaneously. This practice is incorporated into my life 24/7. For me it's as essential as breathing. At the onset I was looking for a miracle and indeed I found one.
