I have been studying Martial Arts and Healing Sciences 32 years with many great teachers. I met Sifu Gainey 8 years ago when my main instructor Grandmaster B.P Chan passed on. I was I had been a noted Martial Arts person in my own right for many years. I have been teaching 25 years. I met Sifu Roosevelt indirectly via another Sifu of mines Heri Abu Khafra. I've now been studying the last 7 years with Sifu Gainey. I came to him during a low point in my life when I had some serious health issues with heavy metal poisoning with serious respiratory and digestive complications. I am now 49 years old and I am stronger and more martially skilled than I've ever been in my life. I also feel like a complete begginer and am happy to be learning again. The understanding and capabilty to consciously apply and explain my Martial knowledge and skill has been totally transformed. Sifu Gainey in not only one of the most knowledgeble teachers I have know but is the only one that can teach things in a way that anyone can understand. I was mostly amazed at his work in getting senior citizens healthy and strong and his effortless ease in performing feats of stregnth with internal and external stregnth and skill in Martial situations . I seriously recommend anyone from any background to check out his systems. I have met many Chinese Masters who have acknowledge him after seeing some of his demos. This should say a enough.
